New Village Green, Hertfordshire

The houses are centred around a village green which has a small play area and swales for water storage. The design uses native plant and tree species mixed with ornamental to provide an attractive and wildlife friendly setting for the new homes. Working around the existing trees was particularly important for this sensitive site.
