Alex produced an extended Phase 1 habitat survey and management plan for Erin Yacht Club, which was looking to build a sympathetic new clubhouse in this unique habitat – one of the few remaining areas of Thames-side grazing marsh in London. The survey, carried out for environmental charity Groundwork South East London, was a condition of the planning application and saw us carry out detailed assessment of the area’s flora and terrain.
