St Chad’s, Tilbury – Challenges Met

We have been fortunate to be working with Willmott Dixon and Bell Phillips on this flagship, 150-property residential development in Thurrock, Essex. The site is in a low-lying spot and the challenge has been to design a sustainable urban-drainage solution that fits these parameters; everyone has been digging deep, you could say!
